喝了摔碗酒，家里啥都有！
西安是我国四大古都之首，是中国历史上建都最多，影响力最大的都城。所以西安的历史古迹也是最多的，一直以来都是我梦寐以求想要去的地方。今天我给大家介绍下西安的一种当地民俗叫“摔碗酒”，有点意思。它是陕南地区岚皋县接待尊贵客人的一种仪式，双方喝酒一饮而尽，碗口向下，用力一摔，摔碗一响，口中大喊“岁岁平安”一年中的晦气和烦恼就会全部消失。
而以西安永兴坊的“摔碗酒”最为著名，在堆积如山的酒碗片场，你只要花上5元钱，喝上一碗酒，然后把酒碗往地上高高举起，狠命一摔，口里念着“岁岁平安”，摔碗酒的体验便完成。摔的那个劲头，就是宁为玉碎不为瓦全的精神，不破不立，大破大立，重建一个自我，砸掉一个窝囊废，成全一个纯爷们。“摔碗酒”的生意在当地非常火爆，据说正常每天能摔上400-500只，而到了十一等节假日，差不多能摔上2000多只呢，而摔碗的成本每只才0.5元，生意好的不得了。
据说摔碗酒风俗起源于周朝。土家族的英雄巴蔓子将军因国内有难，去楚国搬救兵，楚国要求巴国给三座城。楚兵解救巴国后，楚使请巴国割让城池，巴蔓子不忍割自己国家的城，遂割下自己的头换取城池。重了信誉，保了国家。“将吾头往谢之，城不可得也！”而在割头之前，喝酒后摔碎碗，再拔剑自刎。这种大义人，天下少见，想想也够悲壮的。后人为纪念他，摔些酒碗也是学他的豪气，学他的作派，学他的舍身取义，学他的决绝笃诚。
