On the left you can see a brick wall - these are old docks, and new buildings in the form of sign "г" hang over the old ones. True, the old ones are also restored, but the industrial spirit is preserved. House cranes were built in 2011, out of three pieces, they are similar to each other, but are slightly different. One building is residential, the other two are offices.
