That's quite a milestone...Congratulation! I wish I can reach that one too. I'm still on my 2 months and I'm about to get a 49 Rep.. I think I won't be able to reach the 3K SP but hoping for a 65 Rep in a span of around 6 months. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    Steem Power comes in par with reputation from what i can tell so far. More or less at least.
