Lublin Castle is a defensive and palace architectural complex in the Polish city of Lublin.
The grand residence was founded around 1520 by King Sigismund I;
in 1569 here was signed and ratified the Lublin Union .
Subsequently, the complex was rebuilt several times until it acquired the present neo-Gothic appearance.
