This was back from my trip to Tokyo in December, I went to this little sushi bar next to Tsukiji fish market called Yamazaki, it was nice sushi but what annoyed me was their racist behaviour against tourists like me, they tried to serve me chutoro when I ordered Otoro thinking I would not know the difference then when I pointed it out to the chef he tried to say it was otoro until I pointed at a Japanese customer that was having otoro then the chef shut up and gave me the real thing.
Also I noticed they serve japanese set sushi menus 1 piece at a time and then serve tourists everything in one go almost like they want to get rid of them quickly!
All in all the sushi was top quality but the disrespect to tourists is insane.
