Hey Steemers !
Sorry for the headache while reading the title ^^
With 85 characters, this place name is one of the longest in the world. Near Porangahau in Hawke’s Bay is an unassuming hill known as "Taumata whakatangi hangakoauau o tamatea turi pukakapiki maunga horo nuku pokai whenua kitanatahu", which translates into English as "the place where Tamatea, the man with the big knees, who slid, climbed and swallowed mountains, known as 'landeater’, played his flute to his loved one." Locals simply call it Taumata Hill.
You mustn't lose your way. Imagine if you have to ask to people "sorry I'm looking to go to Taumatawhakatangihangak... Craziness ^^
Waihi Falls
25 metres high, Waihi Falls can be found in Waihi Falls Scenic Reserve, which covers approximately 22 hectares of land. Despite the waterfall is not very popular, and located in a quiet and peaceful spot, the falls is absolutely beautiful and deserves the visit
