Cyclists weathering the storm and pushing through the pouring rain on a speedy mountain downhill.
Weather got a bit nasty on the mountain pass. With strong winds and torrents of heavy rain. Got this shot as the last 2 rounded the bend at the bottom of the mountain at breakneck speeds.
The girl on the right is tiny, less than half the size of the other riders, also her first cycle race ever. Only started training 3 months before the tour. Did not stop once throughout the entire 1000km journey. Am so impressed with just how well she rode. Beating the seasoned cyclists hands down when it comes to share guts.

This reminds me of Oregon and all the intense mountain riders we have here who are not phased by the rain.
