How do I know that I am graceful?

Your body is the part that is integral to your life. The strength of your body's structure and consistency enhances your self-confidence, and makes your spirit in the prime of your youth no matter how old you are. If your body ages and wrinkles before it is, A harmonious and slim body is a goal that many people seek. The concept of the lean body of many people is often linked to the fact that their bodies must be of specific sizes or be fashion opponents, but this concept is wrong. Ideally, what is the ideal weight?

The ideal weight is that the weight of the person is appropriate for the length, that is, the weight is appropriate for the structure of the body, not to be less or more than the required rate, which is the weight that feels comfortable and happiness and self-confidence. But how can I tell if my weight is perfect or not? You can tell if your weight is ideal or not by calculating the ideal weight index, as follows: Ideal weight index = your weight in kilograms / your square weight. Square Length = Height * Length.

After you get the result, compare it with the following ideal weight indicators: If your ideal weight indicator is below 18.5, you are slim and have to increase your weight slightly. If your weight index is between 18.5 and 24.9, your weight is ideal. If you weigh between 25 and 29.9, you have an overweight, and you have to lose some weight. Finally, if your weight index is 30 or above, you are fat. If my weight index is not perfect, how can I get the ideal weight?

For example, you can never decide to lose 50 kg in a short period of time, but set achievable goals, so you will not be disappointed by not achieving your fantasy goals. Measure your weight weekly, it will help you make the right decisions about your weight. Stop eating completely and without warning will cause you many physical problems and will increase your weight.

Feeling happy and satisfied with what you are doing so that you can continue what you are doing. Whenever you achieve a satisfactory outcome, reward yourself by helping you keep up with what you are doing to get the perfect weight. Your confidence is the foundation, you must always be confident of yourself and you can destroy the impossible and reach the ideal weight.
