Yep---still loving what you bring to the table @motivator. How about a bit of that ice cream? I've never had a dish of it that looked like this--and I've eaten a LOT of ice cream in my time!
Oh, that is live ice-cream roll.
This is special type of ice-cream made in local area where, they make ice-cream on a cold flat plate, by mixing cream , milk and natural fruits (LIVE). After that they roll it and give it to you. It takes 10-15 minutes to create one dish of this type of ice-cream and test of this ice-cream is very different then dairy made ice-cream.

I love making homemade ice cream, even the kind where the ingredients are put into a can surrounded by another can with ice and salt, then rolled around on the driveway till it freezes. A kids' favorite!
There are places here that mush ice cream around on a cold slab, mixing in all the ingredients you want to add such as m&ms or coconut, etc., but I haven't seen them do it from scratch with such simple and healthful ingredients. I love the way the ice cream on your plate is presented, in thin layers. Now that's a masterpiece!

Wow! That is one very cold slab! This is street art you get to eat! I'm so thrilled at how that just rolled up. Yum. I want to have some of that.
