Last week the company I work for has moved to a new office. We didn't move far, just across the street. The building we moved into is brand new and was only recently completed. There are currently only 2 companies renting space in this 4 story office building.
That means there are a lot of empty spaces in the carious floors. Bare concrete just waiting to be defined and sub divided into various office spaces.
Here is what it looks like:
The green sign says "EXIT" to those of you not fluent in Hebrew. It seems to be leading right into the drywall of an office space.
Walking around the building I discovered that we also have roof access:
I also saw that we have a pool with goldfish and water lilies in front of one of the entrances to the building. Obviously not the one we're usually using. Probably for the higher rent area of the building.
