Back in my beautiful hometown of Aspen, Colorado I went up to the top of the mountain to take some pictures on a sunny fall morning.
As the gondola slowly hoists us up higher into the mountains, my breath become colder and shorter with the altitude. I crack the window of the gondola to get the full experience. The chilly fresh air always feels so clean in my lungs when I'm in the mountains.
Autumn in Colorado is my favorite time of year. As time passes the warm nights get chillier and leaves turn from a hue of honey to bronze. The views are breathtaking with fresh blankets of snow dusting the mountains alongside Aspen trees with leaves still warm with color.
Thought I'd share some of older photos that I've never posted. Missing the chilly weather a bit in this hot California sun. All pictures are take with my canon t3i and edited with minimal editing on Photos. Hope you enjoyed this photo set! Let me know if you want to see more of these types of posts or more text based.

Wow Aspen is your hometown.. why did you ever move out ?
It's a very small town, after awhile it felt like I was in a bubble so I wanted to see more of the world. My mom still lives there so I still go home every year :)
