This photo was taken long time before I bought a SLR camera. I used Canon PowerShot SX500 IS with the maximum zoom x100-x120. The result you see is just a cropped image.
To shoot the Moon with a SLR camera, you need at least 1/125 shutter speed, aperture f/16 and ISO 100. Even a 400 mm lens will not be enough to get a large image of the moon.
Due photographing you can't hold a very long exposure when shooting the moon. Due to the rotation of the Earth, you will eventually get a white line in the sky.
If you do not have remote shutter control, you can use a timer in the camera to avoid vibrations.
Get a quality stable tripod, because fragile tripods from Aliexpress can't stand even a slight breeze.
