This image was taken with a Nikon D500 DSLR and 200-500mm f/5.6 lens (at 500mm) placed at Space Launch Complex 40 the morning before the launch. This camera was roughly 700-800 feet from the rocket and was activated via a sound trigger; humans cannot be this close to rockets during liftoff. The sound is enough to severely injure or even kill someone at this distance.
