With temperatures droping to -10°C, snow height raising above 25 cm, wind getting stronger than 5 - 10 m/s, it's time to put another layer and go out. Windchill says it's -20°C to -22°C, salt can't even touch snow and ice layer on road. All tucked up, but the coldest part of the body are eyes, now understanding better saying "eyeballs freeze run".

Maybe bit extreme, but nevertheless another few miles training. And no doubt i enjoed it.

What stunning views! I experienced running in -12 C (-20 C with windchill) in NYC at New Year's Eve; so cold!
