What a terrific story! It makes me happy to hear that the penguins are allowed to march freely (well, sort off) at the Edinburg Zoo for a period of time. It's as if an animated children's movie came to life! And Brigadier Nils Olav certainly has climbed the ranks! I'm going to Google what the expected lifespan of a King penguin is🐧🐧🐧

Thanks! I've been wondering that too. Though I'm not sure there are many more honours they can give him short of giving him a ministerial post in the government :)
