Singapore Part III

Dear Readers!

Welcome to the last day of our journey in Singapore. Next stop is the island of Gods - Bali!

Our last day in Singapore was very busy! First we visited the ArtScience Museum where the Future World exhibition was held. It was very close to our hotel, we took a walk trough the Marina shopping mall which is a great walking tour in itself while it is enormous. Loaded with shops and entertainment facilities, even with its own river where you can hire a gondola and take a tour around. You don't have to worry to run out of sights in Singapore.

The museum itself is an architectural wonder! Lets see some pictures from outside as we strolled down!

The exhibition was exceeded our expectations! Future World created in collaboration with teamLab, a renowned Japanese interdisciplinary art collective. Future World takes visitors on an exciting interactive journey through four key narratives – Nature, Town, Park and Space. The pics are in order.

We spent our time pretty much here and we had tickets for the evening show at the Supertree Grove, of which i will write a separate story. We rushed down to see the Formula 1 track.

We wanted to visit Sentosa Island, but we didn't have enough time, while we had our tickets for the evening show. The cab driver suggested to taking us Haw Par Villa where you can dive into Chinese folklore and mythology. It has over 1,000 colourful statues. Some of them were a little gruesome for us.
