We definitely always make a few different types of gingerbread throughout the holidays, and usually at least one or 2 kinds of fudge, but I've never combined the two! Sounds delightful!
Do you use fancy molasses, cooking molasses, or blackstrap? I'm assuming not blackstrap, as that would probably be really overpowering...
