Do your best to be unbiased- think about how an assistant might answer this email (neutrality)as opposed to adding in emotional or angry statements.
And feel free to be confident! Your work is amazing!! Love you dude!I agree with @bluefinstudios. I know it’s hard to not take it personal, because it’s not just your business, it’s your art. I would say definitely answer them back, because who knows who they could tell that you didn’t even reply. And they might take it as a slight instead of learning not to ask for giant discounts upfront.

You bring up some excellent points, I'm sure I'll reply eventually... and yeah, I don't want them to think I just missed their email. I like the idea of thinking about how I would want an assistant to answer, truth is, I could use an assistant this time of year, or a clone or few... haha!
