I showed you some street art from Dubai a while ago and I have more of it but today I decided to show you a couple of clicks from streets of Barcelona.
I'm not an expert in any way, far from that, but sometimes even an amateur's eye can spot the difference.
In my opinion, the graffiti in Barcelona looks more spontaneous, wild, and free. Probably the artists are not carefully chosen and well paid. I'm just guessing here, and maybe I'm completely wrong.
The zombie bull didn't impress me but the way the torn paper is drawn is amazing.
It's almost impossible to find a clean and empty wall,
or garage door.
Street artists even adding one graffiti on top of another if they run out of clean surfaces.
A bit too modern for my taste but I told you about my knowledge about art before.
The last four looks more sophisticated to me.
This rooster is my favorite.
These were graffiti from Spain. I hope you find them interesting.
Oh, and btw:
In Slovenia, we have a funny old saying.
When we don't know anything about a thing we usually say: It's a Spanish village to me.
I don't know why but that's the way we say.
Enyoj your day and maybe consider buying some Crypto. But don't follow my advice too seriously.
Crypto is yet another Spanish village to me.
Goodbye and Good luck.
Nice .. Great post
It looks amazing moments .. good for you
Thanks for sharing this with us..
killer pics. I am in Barca right now and there is so much cool stuff to photograph here. have been taking a lot of similar style pics of street art as well.

Amazing, no street art like these in my place.
Wow... the zombie bull is really quite amazing; really had to do a double take on that one, wondering if the bull had been painted below some old posters or something. Street art seems to pretty much be a fact of life in most European cities; it's cool when it's actually ART (as in, some thought and effort went into it), not so cool when it's just someone emptying a spray can into angry scrawls...
=^..^=
This art work seems nice and are lovely out look to take picture with although. Well i really see your passion and love for photography. This spirit is high @oldtimer.
Keep up the spirit sir, rite behind you.👍
The one on the top is a stunner. That's why you probably have put it on top, to be your featured image on this post. :-) The other streetart works are also not bad at all.
The art are amazing, which I could do this stuff one of this days.
Really very nice art and a very wonderful place
It's city artists
A very wonderful article I absolutely liked
The zombie bull is cool... and the peeling paper looks so real I'm not sure it isn't!! I think you categorized these well. The last 4 do look more sophisticated and something more on a level with the trained artists in Dubai. It feels like you have been to a Spanish village with your camera and learned a lot! The rooster looks great and its the symbol of France!
Beautiful street art work. Excellent photography.....@oldtimer. great trip you enjoyed.
I like the bull poster photo it seems to pop right off the wall.
Street art is very interesting and seeing material from another country is even more interesting. Oh Btw yes steem is at a good price just might have to invest a few more bucks. Wonderful post! Thank You for sharing.
@oldtimer, I was not aware of Barcelona’s graffitte scene. Thank you. Quite elaborate and it appears to me to be a blend between Venice Beach and New York City. Venice Beach being more amateur murals and free with greater creativity in NYC.
very nice painting my friend. and hopefully you are always in good health. and I really need support from you my friend. please help me once friend yes
Lovely work! I fondly remember when I traveled to Barcelona a couple of years ago :) My friend and I went there planning to only spend a few days, but we fell in love with the city and ended up staying over two week!
Thank you for for reminding me of that lovely memory with your post!
This looks really great, those are some great spray painting skills I would like to know how this person did it ? That would take some time.
MY favorites would have to be the first and second to last, that term paper looks so real around the bull it is amazing
your photography in barcelona is amazing, i want to be like you, i really hope to be there for the holidays, have a nice day yes.
I will upvote and restem
Definitely the rooster is also my favorite <3 <3 Great post, good job @oldtimer
As I have been out in here I am indeed lucky to get to see many of the Street artwork which I would probably would not have seen in my future anytime soon.
Thanks for bringing them up.
While they sure do love the artwork that much. The 1st one the one eye and the rooster are probably the great ones.
I loved the torn paper too @oldtimer. Very clever.
My favourite one is the black and white people! 😊
Wow . It's great . Nice photography . Resteemed it . Thanks
Hai @oldtimer . I really like your post. what is shared is very beautiful photographs. I'll be back to see more interesting postings.Nice photography . Resteemed it . Thanks
Nice post Good luk....
Great to see all these graffiti's. And why i like wall art because, it really makes our walking or outside journey so artistic, and literally these art can push us into the imagination of the art to know what it's conveying and that way we can engage with art on the path. And many people can have many things which goes in mind but possibly for a some moment these type of wall art can give an pause to those thoughts, and for some moment people can enjoy the art work. Thanks for sharing this post with us and wishing you an great day. Stay blessed. 🙂
wow I see some really good art there. great captures.
I think I’ve mebtione before just how much I like street art. You have shown some amazing pieces from around Edmonton and now from across the ocean. I thing the bull in the wall is phenomenal and the screaming kid and old man eyes iare amazing. Thanks for sharing your findings.
You're welcome.
The black and white one of the guys is amazing.
enjoy traveling! thanks for sharing!
They are neat-looking kind of a graffiti @oldtimer and these things are fun to look at like we are in some kind of museum gallery for art works. I like gazing through paintings too, wondering the things that goes into the mind of the artist while doing his/her paintings.
This photo with a bull-it's just a stunning photo! Wow. You're not impressed by this bull, but I'm very impressed. It feels like he's coming out of that wall, tearing through the paper, breaking the stone. Interestingly, this is an artistic idea of the author of the drawing? Or did this place just happen to look like this? In any case, the effect was cool!
the last 4 are definitely more sophisticated - they're great!
The trompe l'oeil effect of the bull picture is very well done.
However, europe shows us the great civilization
