We always trying to get the most from our time we have at our disposal. It's not always an easy task, especially in the winter time. But if you put on some extra clothes you can always find something interesting to do.
We went out the other evening. Unexpected. It was cold even in the car and I was kind of asking myself if this is a bad idea.
Yes, I got some bruises, but I'm still in one piece. It was an interesting experience.
And here are some shots from our evening adventure.
We visited Hawrelak Park in Edmonton to see the ice castle they had built. You can see it in the background.
But then we came to an idea to go skating. It's a normal thing for Canadians. I'm not sure if they are not born with skates on their feet. I wasn't so sure anymore when the lady at the skate rental want my driving license.

Winter is back. We got 15cm of fresh snow during the night and it still snowing.

How's lucky you are my friend @oldtimer could feel the winter season , I never feel the winter because in my country there's just rain and summer season.

I know how you feel. The funniest thing is explaining to strangers that you're ok and your but hurts. And they all want to help. Or maybe just here in canada.

Canada is known for its game in hockey. (Almost the same as Russia, haha). Great winter fun. It's a pity that we didn't see you on the ice during skating. It would be wonderful. I hope this weekend I can visit the rink. The weather was again too warm in my edges. Again the snow is melting. I slightly miss that this winter frost. Apparently, all the cold in Canada this year.
