First of all, I would like to thank you that you have posted a different blog today as you did in the blogosphere before, but I think that the content you mentioned today about Salad has discussed very important things.

Since salad is a leafy vegetable diet, it is not bad in the morning if the prayer is started by the person, because it is very useful for every person because Vejite Teeth contains plenty of Vitamin and Protein Power.

If every person loves to enjoy the time spent in enjoying the life of his time, in case everyone starts by eating salad in the morning, then his morning will give him strength to spend his whole day going to get some of the most effective proteins and vitamins for his body.

On top of all thanks to presenting you with a different blog post, I hope you will discuss some important things in the future.

Thank you. Very good information in your comment. There is maybe 5 or 6 different greens in my salads. This time no lettuce. many do not realize how packed with vitamins and minerals you can gain from a salad. I have 2 kinds of kale which are also a good source of protein. I always add some fruit to my breakfast. What I did not show was I also had a glass of cucumber water, even though I was eating cucumbers as part of the salad.

Next time I post one of my salads i will include a list of vegetables and fruit used.
