Some local high-school kids made this a couple of years ago. The local government tried to win some cheap votes so they organized an event to encourage young artists, allowing them to draw graffiti and all other kinds of stuff.
This staircase is about 100 meters from a local high school, so the kids picked it as one of the many spots to paint over. Even though the local government - as always - had cheap bargaining intentions with this project, I like what the kids did all over the town.
