A Wandering Infrared UFO above me...

in #photography7 years ago (edited)

Here is a long single clip of a strange ball of light hovering over the city where I live.

I just aimed my infrared night-vision scope out the window and happened to catch this. Towards the end of this video I added two enlarged views of the object. Music track from iOS GarageBand.

You can see this thing pulsing... is it flapping? It's seems to pulse at a steady rate.

Here is a photo she took two nights ago with some type of glowing green thing on a roof across the street.

what is that light just above the treeline?

I will check with her and here is the vdeo. I copied the url. She said she had trouble trying to get it completely cause it was so fast. You will see what I'm talking about and it isn't the green orb. It comes later in the video and she is in Mont Alto.

Checked with her and the light in sky and by streetlamp were flying around. The one that looks like it was by the streetlamp but it actually was in the distance.

Well done for keeping it steady and in the frame! Most of these I've seen have been so damn shaky you have wonder whether the movement is the photographer's or the object's!

thanks! it's tough cuz there's no steady-cam... and there's a 5x zoom built-in to the night vision scope.

I've manually stabilized some of my clips like in my post from yesterday... the NIGHT VISION trailer vid.. The clips with an orb moving really slowly by a star were stabilized that way.

It's obvious that is something deliberately flying around.

just really weird how in total darkness that I'd even be able to find such a small thing whizzing around. It is emitting infrared light no doubt... and it "squishes" a bit when it accelerates, like an octopus would do in order to propel itself. And it seems to go back to the spot in the sky that it just was, as if it forgot something.... i mean WHAT does that in the natural animal kingdom?

Being at the right place at the right time... Nice...

thanks. But you'd be amazed how many times that I just aim the scope out the window and BINGO... i get one flying overhead immediately! I can never figure that out. Of course many nights are quiet. But if these ARE legit "phenomenon" then there must be MILLIONS of them! cuz I've captured on video 1000s over the past few years. I get dizzy thinking about it.

All i can say great video. You should send that one to secureteam 10...

i prob should..

That is truesly a great video capture. As someone else stated it is very stable. You can tell right away that it isn’t anything like a satellite or airborne craft. I do see the pulsing too, that is very curious indeed..

thanks man... yeah, the whole trick is maintaining focus and stability. The yukon ranger's focus needs constant tweaking.. so if I have amoving target, it's a challenge to keep it all together in the excitement of the moment. I weed through many clips to find the good ones that I post here.

Check out my other ufo posts if you get a chance. I put together a "NIGHT VISION, the trailer" video highlighting some excellent examples with cool music and edits.

Wow this really cool. I wonder what is that object flying/hovering fastly in the sky?

all i can venture to say is that they seem to be:

fully autonomous and dynamically maneuvering

mass-less, no effects of inertia (hairpin turns, can stop on a dime)

spheres of infrared energy (never any more detail than you see in the above clip)
