Why not combine a few of my favorite things for a photo shoot?
There is a certain special thing about photographing plants (like peppers) and photographing animals (like tree frogs). Since I am growing peppers on my land and since we can find tree frogs pretty easily, I thought that I would try a little combination photography and combine the two.
I decided to take some little tree frogs and place them on a few of my Ghost Peppers and Habaneros. Here are the rest of the results.

Well, you have been here all of 2 weeks and pappa over a year...
It takes time to build a following and if you read through his posts you will realise he diserves his following.... its original and funny. Most of us ( me included) copy stuff and participate. And the succesfull ones on steemit seem to be the ones that stay original and innovate. Maybe its time for you and me to do the same and that will, in time, make us succesfull as well
If you follow pappa, take him as a inspiration but not as someone to copy

lol, it's hard to know what a frog is thinking when you look them in the eyes.. they look pretty peaceful and happy though! nice papa shots!

This was amusing. Spring is on its way here in South Africa. We live a very suburbian life, but my hubby has a beehive in the back garden - he always indulges in something a little bit eccentric. As I am a very supportive wife (sort of), I decided to plant about fifty lavender plants just before winter. Some of them are starting to flower, and some of the bees are starting to get busy. I hope to do a photo shoot of that. Maybe not as spectacular as yours, but I will try!

Hey, @papa-pepper! Cute darn frogs. We have a family living in our bathroom shower. When it comes to peppers you are the man. I grow habaneros to make my own hot sauce.yum. But I have never tried ghost peppers. Hotter than habaneros I assume. To me, habaneros have a fruity taste, almost like apricots. Do ghosts have a different taste?

That is a surprisingly natural combination! We get a few frogs by the river here and they're always fun to look at.
Do the frogs like the peppers? I would have thought a ghost pepper would irritate its skin or at least its eyes if it stays there for long.
Are ya using the frog modeling agency? What kind of fees are they charging besides the free foods? Another set of awesome pics....

"I wonder if frogs ever get heartburn?" That is the thought that went through my mind when I saw the frog on the hot pepper. :D LOL. :D
I also love the close ups of the frogs faces...it looks like you and that frog are playing a game of catch me if you can while it hops from pepper to pepper and you try to get it. :D (Okay maybe that's the pain meds talking and you should ignore that part. :D)

My jalapeno and chili pepper plants are coming
along nicely, but I feel they're in for a growth spurt.

Can you share from your experience how many days it takes for them to start producing delicious peppers?
I wonder if their skin absorbed any capsaicin? Something tells me they'd start jumping if that happened
I think that the outer later of the pepper protects against the capsicum.
