I have heard of some of that stuff, but have not looked into it too deeply yet.

I was going to try growing a "green dent" variety of bigger eared corn for tortilla flour this year, but I'll have to wait for next year. Your corn looks amazing, and I do love Asian greens. Are you in the US and would you like to swap some seeds?
