Picture no. 4 from the bottom up is also a damselfly.
Last picture is a butterfly.
So good to see all of this Sir Steve and great photos.
I don't kow about your blackberry bushes, as ours have many irritating thorns.
Whenever I am near a river I simply follow the peacocks to find the blackberries.
My Canon Powershot is a 65xzoom and maybe you must also look at getting one later on.
Thanks for your knowledge on this. I have been influenced by your bug photos and am trying to get some good ones of my own. I thought I did fairly well today. Maybe if the Hive price shoots up I can invest in a new camera.
Our blackberries have thorns too, but then it's tricky to pick the fruit with gloves. Just have to be careful.
I picked up a brand new pair of gloves today that the ocean washed out Sir Steve and snapped the world's longest distance flying bird. Go and look.
You did very well today and pity that the zoom was not enough to get the hawk, but that first picture of yours is champion stuff.
It seems that you are getting very good with the nature shots and maybe you must also use our #amazingnature tag for your nature posts!
Oh, I pick bowls full of blackberries without gloves. I just don't like it when the thorns hook on my clothing, as I am one of those smooth movers in the jungle.
My mentor was a Leopard Lol.
