A cool wet morning at Kylemore Abbey.. founded 1296 A.D.

It felt like Switzerland... hard to believe that I was on an isle in the North Atlantic.

Off the coast of Galway...

One of the many stone foundations from Ireland's past..

I really like this typical Irish landscape... cold, wet & gray.. but still so beautiful.

Dancing and music in the street... it must be Ireland!

Right in front of the King's Head Pub.. where the action is!

Here i am buying a Claddagh ring from the "original"..

This is Galway Centre during the Great Snow Storm.. banks were closed, buses stopped running... but...

..the Pubs stayed open!

Traditional Irish music circle everynight..

My son in betwixt a pair of unrelated Wilde's.. one Eduard and the other Oscar. Writers who had never met.
