Remember to pause, take a breath, and realise that social media isn't reality. People are generally far kinder and less polarising in person.
The algorithms reward rage bait. They reward polarising views that get reactions. They monetise our misery and conflict, whatever keeps our attention long enough to sell ad space for something we almost certainly don’t need.
Out there, beyond the scrolling and the noise, the real world still exists. Sunrises and sunsets don’t care about engagement metrics. The ocean doesn’t ask for likes. The sky isn’t seeking validation.
So take a moment. Step outside if you can. Breathe in air that isn’t curated, filtered, or designed to grab your attention. Notice the simple, quiet beauty around you. That’s the real world. It’s still here.
And it’s far more beautiful than anything your screen can offer.
Hope you all have an awesome week.
