Apart from Gaudi's colourful creations churches also contribute to the city's architectural richness.
Here is the famous Sagrada Familia. If you focus on every single detail it is a true masterpiece in the making. But as a whole, it didn't impress me as much as I hoped because you can tell that its construction has been stretched over many years and it doesn't look unified. Let's wait for the finish, they say it will be done by 2026. FYI the construction started in 1882.
You can find many churches in gothic quarter.
And for the end, a colourful one from Park Guell with the city of Barcelona stretching beneath.
Stay well my Steemit friends, I have more photos to share soon.
Such a beautiful spot of Barcelona... It is crazy how long that construction is taking. I was in Barcelona January-February 2017 and I swear it looked exactly the same.... Where is all the money for construction going? 2026??? LMAO this must be a world record as far as time wasted during construction.
Nice photography...

Thanks
No wonder ,the architecture is indeed very great !
In the Gothic Quarter, there are many churches, in particular when I go somewhere I do not know I love seeing and detailing the churches and the statures of their saints, since they have a lot of culture, history and are a faithful witness of everything that happened in years and centuries as they built, example what accounts for the sacred family, is very interesting, so many years and still does not complete its construction, total that I love all those photographs, thank you very much, for sharing so much beauty very good shots. @penticton
Hello how are you these churches reflect beauty and history places worthy of vicitar
Hello friend @penticton. I never tire of seeing the beautiful places and things that Barcelona has, today you bring us these wonderful photographs of different places, the design of the church is unique and unmatched, I have never seen a church like this and if it is on the outside, I imagine that inside is more beautiful. All the photos are really beautiful, thank you for sharing with us other pieces of Spain (Barcelona).
