Yes, I really like coconut water, it is very important because of the large amount of potassium it has, which is a mineral that helps regulate blood pressure, and therefore helps prevent strokes or heart attacks.
The wonderful benefits of drinking coconut water are innumerable. What I like is taking the water directly from the coconut and well fried, good post to start a new adventure @ kris10
