On a walk around Lake Weeroona on the edge of the main town of Bendigo, we came across this big old palm tree that was full of squawking Ibis. They had just flown in and for some reason started to make a huge racket. They were so loud you almost had to put your hands over your ears to ease the pain. We took some photos along with several other people who had stopped to see what was going on. After about 5 minutes they all flew off in several directions, so we were able to continue our walk in peace.
