A look in the mirror makes me feel that I forgot about myself
Looking back to the years that past makes me feel sick of the present
There's no other choice but to look for a brighter future ahead
A question that keeps ringing in my tired thoughts
It doesn't seem to stop until I listen to it with my heart
The voice within will never stop until I finally get the message
If I could only go back in time and rewind everything that happened
Taking back myself is impossible as all we have is the future
What's left is what matters... I'll take back my life once again
Take each turn as an opportunity to learn more about yourself
All we have is the moment where we can explore our thoughts
Bring all the light in this journey and shine through the path
The younger me will slap me to wake as soon as I slip away from my path
There will always be a way for me to get back on track
Let me take you to the place we always wanted... uttering to the mirror.
A very good poem, all the words about life made me think about myself now and the past, I am happy to be in the present, because the past has become a lesson for me for the future.
The mirror is very good for us to see ourselves, don't always look at other people.
