Puli pitha is a one kind of rice cake which is a very common dessert in India & Bangladesh. Today I gonna share some photographs of making Puli Pitha --
At first it's needed to take some rice powder
Then add some water to the rice powder and make a mold
Take some coconut meat, add molasses to it & then fry it for at least 5 minutes
Put the mixture of coconut meat & molasses in the mold. Then fry it.
