Hi Guys!
Coming back with continuation of my last photo trip in 2024.
After amazing exploration of Jar Reknicy Nature Reserve - which You could see in my previous posts I headed towards the sea coast to small village called Osłonino. It is located by the shores of Zatoka Gdanska sea bay between Puck and Rewa and has small beach with renovated molo bridge, parking places and beach.
I came there during late sunset phase and I met amazing pink/orange/violet colours reflected on the water srface.
It looked really magical.
Close to the shore I spotted a group of white swans swimming and relaxing on the shallow waters. I decided to change my lens to tele and capture a few images. The colour contrast was beautiful - white birds on violet water... I was trying to capture a close up shots as well as the wider view on the seascape.
The evening was very cold - it was close to 0 degree C and my hands got frozen pretty fast.
When the colours faded I had to run back to car to change my clothes and find my gloves.
It was very quiet evening with sounds of distant birds. This location is well known for all bird watchers because large groups of different birds are gathering there for a nighttime, preparing and resting before migration to other locations for a wintertime.
Very spectacular mood of this place is hard to show on a static photos without the sound... It was really relaxing just to stand there and enjoy the nature and this moment.
After the sunset I decided to go for a night photo session by the shore hoping for some night sky photography but the sky wasn't clear - it was covered by thin layer of high clouds making the stars look blurry.
I took few long-exposure shots and decided to go back to my car and prepare myself for a cold night.
On the next day I had a plan to go on the nearby cliffs and forest to look for more interesting spots and locations.

Wow what spectacular colors! that is amazing that those white swans were there in that beautiful pink/ purple sunset. Great shots!
Thank You! I also really loved the colour contrast, late sunset time has this magical mood of saturated, deep violet and blue tones. Always a good time for photography in such conditions.
