The walls of the cave are very colorfull. Unfortunatelly strong yellow electric lights are quite a big problem to take the real colours. I had to experiment with manual settings of white balance to cool down the light as much as possible.

As I mentioned in my latest post, the cave is in fact underwater river which flows many many years ago, during some of the latest ice-ages.

The water shaped amazing scultures in softer minerals inside the mountain creating this beauty...

On the ceiling we can find diamond-like drops of crytal clear water. They look like shining their own light and are visible from a large distance.

On the way back from the cave - becouse to go out we walk the same path as before - I stayed in long distance from the group to shoot some empty corridors without running kids and turists with headlamps...

As I wrote before - I highly reccomend to visit this beautiful cave, even with kids, the cave is not large, it is very well prepared for turistic purposes. Outside we can enjoy some snacks and drinks in the bar waiting for the guide... Big parking place and amazing landscapes around.

The way to the car park is very steep so be careful when driving there with caravans or camping trolleys.

I Hope You will enjoy watching some more shots and will find this part also interesting. Thanks a lot for reading and watching and until next one!!

Looks like a cool adventure. Are there many caves in Norway?

Nope, almost nothing here, geological structure of Norway is not so good for karst processes.
