PHOTOSTORY #2/ 15th JULY COUP ATTEMPT IN TURKEY

The members of the FETO, who were nestled in the Turkish Armed Forces, went out of the chain of command and began a military coup attempt on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 21:00 hours. The attempt on July 15 coup was initiated simultaneously in Ankara and Istanbul. Bosphorus and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridges, Atatürk Airport and Istanbul Provincial Security Directorate were seized in Istanbul. In Ankara, bombed attacks were organized against the strategic institutions such as the National Intelligence Organization, General Directorate of Security and Gölbaşı Polis Special Operations Center. In both towns, the couriers carried out low flights with the F-16s they had kidnapped.
Presidential Complex, the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and there have been several attacks on the town hall with the Prime Minister. Republic of Turkey for the first time in the history of subversive gang kidnapped by the Grand National Assembly was thrown bomb from the F-16 aircraft.

President Erdogan called the nation to resist the coup against streets in order to claim his will and the people went out to the streets to prevent the coup attempt. The couriers opened fire on the unarmed street. In Istanbul and Ankara anti-coup protest and resistance actions, 248 civilians lost their lives. 1537 people were injured.
