Die ersten Könige und Reishis sind endlich da/The first kings and reishis are finally here

Mal ein kleines Update meiner Pilze die noch fehlen dieses Jahr. Der King Austernpilz ist scheinbar nur in den kälteren Zeiten wirklich glücklich oder aber diese Sorte ist einfach nur zickig. Ein Glas habe ich sogar im Garten zum fruchten gebracht, dies war aber eher ein Zufall. Ich dachte zunächst das Gals wäre ausgetrocknet aber die Feuchtigkeit und Regen haben da wohl Wunder bewirkt. Der Fruchtkörper ist zwar etwas von der Trockenheit eingerissen aber dennoch ist der Pilz ganz schön stattlich gewachsen	Time a small update of my mushrooms that are still missing this year. I thought at first the Gals would be dried out but the moisture and rain have probably worked wonders. The fruiting body is indeed something torn by the drought but still the mushroom has grown quite stately.

In dem Pilzzelt werden die Kings aber auch langsam was, einige Exemplare werden wohl echte Riesen	In the mushroom tent, the Kings but also slowly what, some specimens will probably real giants

Die ersten Reishi sind jetzt auch schon fertig, im Garten war hier mal wieder schneller	The first Reishi are now also already ready, in the garden was here again faster

Der Reishi als gesunder Tee ist ein wertvoller Tee Pilz und ähnliche Baumpilze wusste schon Ötzi zu nutzen. Auch im Zelt wachsen die Reishis zuverlässig, ich lasse sie gern an der Seite herauswachsen, dann wirkt es so wie bei einem Baumstamm.	The Reishi as a healthy tea is a valuable tea mushroom and similar tree mushrooms already knew Ötzi to use. Reishis also grow reliably in the tent, I like to let them grow out the side, then it looks like a tree trunk.

Die PomPoms dominieren aber noch im Zelt und es gibt auch immer wieder sehr skuriele Formen	But the PomPoms still dominate in the tent and there are also always very whimsical shapes

Die Ernte reicht immer für mehr als eine Woche und es verfeinert so manches Gericht	The harvest is always enough for more than a week and it refines many a dish

Als nächstes kommen jetzt die Shiitakes dran, dieser Geschmack ist immer einmalig, es könnte auch gut als Fleischersatz genutzt werden. Ein Bild aus dem letzten Jahr habe ich mal beigefügt, hoffentlich wird die Ernte dieses Jahr ähnlich groß. Ein Update wird bestimmt folgen und bis dahin eine erfolgreiche Pilzsaison allen Sammlern und Pilzfreunden da draußen.	Next now comes the shiitakes, this flavor is always unique, it could also be used well as a meat substitute. A picture from last year I have times attached, hopefully the harvest this year will be similarly large. An update will certainly follow and until then a successful mushroom season to all collectors and mushroom friends out there.
