Over the years for my job I've gotten to travel to some pretty nice places. Previously some of these appeared in different sets over on Steemit but I've never posted them on Hive. These are some of the favorite pictures I've taken over the last 10 years. I've listed the locations under them to the best of my memory. I'm going to try to do several sets of these as I've done a lot of photos. I hope to add to it when I start traveling again in the next few weeks.
Observation deck of the Sears Tower back before it was changed to Willis Tower. This of course is in Chicago, IL. If I remember right it is the 103rd floor as the top 7 are only for maintenance use.
This is one of the several hundred photos I took at the Grand Canyon. I've always wanted to go back but haven't quite made it back there yet
This is a photo I took of Lake Tahoe a few years back on the Nevada side. I was driving to Stateline on the California side from Carson City, NV. There is a spot on the side of the road where you can pull over and part and this is the view.
The last one for this post is a photo of The Alamo in San Antonio, TX. I was teaching a class in Seguin, TX that year which is probably 15 minutes outside San Antonio. My assistant and I went there after class but got there too late. It had already closed for the day so I never got to go inside. I did snap this one though from the outside.
