As a Turkish i can say it; Only a very small part of an iceberg is visible above the water.. :) So, Turkish culture has a huge taste and kitchen. I am glad you like it, but.Next time if you wonder, i can offer you different Turkish tastes.! Nice post. Afiyet olsun! :)

I'm going to look good.
I can not speak English because I do not live in an English speaking country. Thank you for your understanding.

I hope to be always healthy and full of happiness :)

It seems 😋 yummy :)

This is the first time I have seen Turkish food, which is very much like Indian food thanks to sharing it

You forgot to mention Lamacun, flat bread/pizza base with mildly spiced lamb/beef mince in a dry tomato based sauce. Wicked with sumak and some rocket or other fresh greens. I miss Turkish food... - Big thanks - (tessakur edirim) to Coco (Jojo) at Eyup Restaurant, Golkoy, Bodrum, Turkiye

Amazing how different and separate places have things in common. We have this thing here in Kashmir and it's a traditional morning bread here but it's made in a man made hot oven.
