When the sun shines and the temperature rises up to 20 degrees Celsius and you realise it's almost the end of November there's nothing you can say but "Thank you" Valencia!
Probably people who’ve been living here for many years don’t realise what a gift this is compared to how cold it gets in other parts of the world around this time of the year. I was looking at the weather app on my phone and I could see that in Bucharest, my home town, the weather today was mostly cloudy with a maximum of 3 degrees Celsius, brrr! So having this contrasting reference point in mind makes me appreciate this Spanish weather even more.
In no way I could have been enjoying lying barefoot in the grass like this if I was still in Bucharest ;)
Feeling grateful was my main state while enjoying a delicious breakfast at one of our favourite coffee shops, Cafe ArtySana, and while strolling the streets and the alleys of the Turia park.
Another theme that was running through my head was the joy I find in the simple things.
Like the breakfast we had at Cafe Artysana: tostadas with avocado, an oolong jasmine tea for me and a doble expresso for @dragosroua. And the super convenient thing for me is that they have a gluten free option for an extra EUR 2. Anyways, I don’t know how they make these avocado toasts so delicious because there’s simply avocado, a bit of salt and olive oil, but it tastes divine every time we order it.
After we left the coffee shop we decided to take only unknown streets towards the Turia park so we can explore new areas. It’s always fun to get lost on new streets in Valencia and discover other faces of the town.
The weather was simply perfect and the laid back, chill, Sunday mood was ON everywhere we went.
So here are a few more pics:

So much green

Beagle puppies playing, cuteness overload:
I hope you had a lovely Sunday, wherever you are on planet Earth.
Namaste
