With time falling back an hour today I almost missed this, time change always gets me the first couple of days. Hope you enjoy

You owe it to yourself, try to watch either the sunrise or the sunset. Its a great way to start the day. There is more beauty than evil around you, you just have to slow down and take the beauty in.
