Many Greek dishes use olives. While it's ok to have a few, I find them too salty. I wonder if is a way a way to get olives without sodium. What if they sold frozen olives, you could just thaw them an make olive salads.

I personally have never seen frozen olives, but I bet they exist somewhere. My dad actually despises olives, so I served him my recipe, hold the olives, no problem. Great commenting, thanks @remotediscovery
I wonder what they're like fresh of the branch. I can have 50 olives and still crave more. They taste amazing!
