This lichen is growing on one of our trees at home. I love its bright colour and rough texture against the dark, smooth bark of the branches. It's on rather a different scale to the photos I usually post.
One thing that has struck me this week is the scale on which I look at life: do I need to focus more intensively on a smaller scale for a season? This is just one of the things buzzing around my head. But it's ok: the answers will come and I don't need to worry.
