We celebrated midsummer! ( sorry for not being able to post in a while )

So in Finland most of the people celebrate midsummer and go to theirs (own or rented) summer cottage, camping or festivals.
How i was celebrating mid summer, i went to our cottage with my boyfriend Jani , where my parents and their friends couple was waiting. when we got there as soon as we could, we went boating.
First place we went was a bit like a farm without a load of animals. Really nice place! loved it . And the sun was shining all this time. And as typical ours way, we had couple of drinks ( i don't drink alcohol almost at all anymore), i ordered orange soda, and we sat there quite while. In this picture, you can see the sea behind the trees

After we drank our drinks , we headed to second place where we ordered some pizzas :)

And after eating we went back to our cottage, we warm up the sauna, eated again :D and same thing next day without boating ( was raining really hard :( )

Here we have :
White-tailed deer, baked potato, grilled mushrooms in bacon wrap
cold-smoked salmon, hot-smoked salmon
smoked perch, smoked pike
herring, eggs with roe topping and watermelon-salad with goat cheese.

And my second day dinner

same watermelon- salad fried potato and medium-rare / or rare white-tailed deer steaks
