This is a statue called Uitto in the Finnish city Ii.
It is a statue placed in memory of the good old times of timber rafting. There is a river called Iijoki ("Ii-river") which runs through the city Ii.
The sunset was amazing and we (me and my wife) were a bit late with our camera, but we did manage to get this beautiful shot.
Like 15 minutes earlier the sky was completely in fire!
It looks as if the people are poking some smouldering remains of a fire.
