Ah, monitoring our reactions is THE secret to a happy life. I say this in the midst of being really, really angry at being scammed - but that's a reaction to my own SHAME at falling for it. Because I know to examine my reactions, I can choose wisely what to do about it - staying angry just becomes my own poison, and there ain't nothing being angry can do to change the situation.
Knee jerk reactions are never wise - slow and steady breaths, waiting a while, and making a cup of tea is generally a far better way to go.
Great post.
be not ashamed because it happens to us all at some point. It's happened to me too and I too felt shame but I've learned that it's because I attracted it some how. I attract everything that happens to me. BUT it's how we react for sure. You could be angry and vent to all who will listen or you can sigh, and admit the truth that it happened and learn a valuable lesson to be more aware and attract more loving, honest, real people into your life. I believe it's already happened. They're on their way. And I know it's true because you saw my post and I am a loving, honest, real person who cares about you. So...see? Already done ❤️
A cup of tea is ALWAYS a great idea. Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it deeply.
Much love ❤️
