Indian Vulture (commonly known as long-billed vulture), scientific name Gyps indicus, is a very rare creature due to it's population severely declined by 99%. So, It has been listed as Critically Endangered on the IUCN Red List.

Yes they are going to be extinct and I think unavailability of food (dead animals) is the main reason.
