Bring back my blue sky - a short intro to me

in #photography8 years ago

There are many things I could start blogging about as I am lucky enough to have spent a few years as a wandering soul, and have travelled a fair part of this globe, but that's a tale for some other time maybe...

I thought that as I am new here I'd just post a short introduction of who I am, and where I'm at now;

Laid up for over a year with a back injury I have gone from being a dedicated blue collar worker in London with a typically hectic consumer life-style, to becoming practically a recluse, consuming only books, news, and documentaries here on the net. I've got to say though, this is probably the best thing that could have happened to me, as I was suddenly able to re-evaluate everything that was important in my life. I had stumbled upon a world of alternative media, and realized that almost everything I thought I knew about this world was apparently a lie.

I now spend much of my time waking others up to this new paradigm shift in consciousness. I admin a geo-politics news page on Facebook, and live life for each day, instead of chasing some kind of future that disappears the moment you reach it.

My other passion in life, and my reason for joining steemit, is photography, not that I'm great at it, but I just love "recording future history" as I put it, and have covered many local charity and political events, as well as building a world wide portfolio of people and places, weddings, and events. I need to figure an easy way to upload and promote my photos here though, as I have just realised it isn't the straightforward copy and paste process I had hoped for (any advice gratefully received)!!!

Oh well, that's enough waffle from me for now, until I can figure out my upload problem. Instead, here's a short time-lapse video of some stratospheric aerosol injection I recorded over my house recently.

Thanx for stopping by

I enjoyed your intro. Higher states of consciousness can be a lonely path and often thankless when encouraging others in this pursuit. At least that has been my experience. I read a book a few years back, by Richard Bach, called 'Johnathan Livingstone Seagull' which summed it up for me.
