It is a Canon :)
I am not afraid of the settings, as I had 20 years used a Leica with slide film, and there all settings had to be made manually for every shot. Now with this macro objective it is quite easy to set everything right. For now I am using only Av mode, to give me the freedom to set everything.
Landscape is not on my to-do-list for now, maybe later.
