I see you're shooting with the same camera as me, along with USSR lens :) I was recently taking photos with Helios 44m4. What are your experiences with MIR?
I have Helios 44M4, which is converted to Nikon mount and is adjusted to infinity. The only inconvenience is the measurement of the exposure through Live View.
A friend gave me MIR for a while, to try. It works only with macrorings. I plan to buy another Helios for the macro. I really liked the effect of bokeh and depth of field in Helios!
